Official USA Ultimate approved competition disc

The Eurodisc 175g 4.0

The international committee for Frisbee sports has again recognized the Eurodisc 175g 4.0 as a high-level competition disc. It is still the first European 175g Ultimate disc and the first organic disc in the world that can call itself “USA Ultimate Approved Championship Disc”.

For this purpose, the Eurodisc 175g 4.0 was tested in a multi-stage approval process by an official tester pool consisting of professional Ultimate players with regard to the following criteria:

• excellent flight characteristics
• Good grip
• Comfortable handling
• Disc hardness
• Durability
• technical characteristics (size and weight)

The Eurodisc 175g 4.0 is now played at many competitions and events in Germany, Europe and worldwide.

In order to avoid more plastic waste and to protect the environment, we have decided to send our packages without plastic material. We therefore completely renounce plastic packing tape and replace it by environmentally friendly paper tape without any losses in terms of adhesive and tearing strength.

This decision was not difficult for us, as the paper tapes are in no way inferior to their environmentally harmful plastic counterparts in terms of adhesive strength, tear resistance and adhesion. The paper tapes are made exclusively from renewable raw materials. The glue is made from natural rubber and the tapes themselves are 100% paper. This means that the tapes can be disposed directly in the paper bin and so they are returned to the recycling cycle in an environmentally friendly manner.

A sustainable and resource-saving approach to our environment is very important to us and we would like to go one step further to free the environment from unnecessary plastic waste.

Brand new at Eurodisc: Ultimate discs in the colors gold, silverand bronze. Perfect as a “trophy” for tournaments and championships or just as a classic game disc. The discs are printable for any individual use with your own motif. You can choose between the established photo direct print and the glossy hot stamp print.

These discs are a guaranteed eye-catcher on every playing field!

By the way, our gold, silver and bronze discs premiered at this year’s Beach Ultimate Cup in Paganello (Italy). Here,
the metallic-looking discs were used as prizes.
